Refund Policy

Returns: Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging.

Opened Products: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used candles.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.
