Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on all orders over 75 dollars.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only.

What kind of wax do you use?
We use a premium soy-coconut wax blend for cleaner burns and superior scent throw.

How long do your candles burn?
Our 8oz candles provide approximately 40-50 hours of burn time.

Are your products vegan?
Yes. All products are 100 percent vegan, cruelty-free, and phthalate-free.

Candle Care

How do I get the best burn?
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Burn for 2-4 hours at a time.

Orders and Returns

What is your return policy?
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days. We cannot accept returns on opened candles.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.
